This notice explains how KLO Technical Services Limited, trading as KLO Development Services ("we", "us"), handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. For the KLO Development Manager app, see the separateapp privacy policy.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

If you send an enquiry through the contact form, or email or call us, we receive the details you give us: typically your name, email address, phone number, the address or location of a site, and your message.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set any cookies of its own. Our hosting provider processes standard connection information (such as your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, to discuss the site or project you have raised, and to prepare any proposal you ask for. Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and, where you ask us for a proposal, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Enquiries are delivered to our business email, provided by Google Workspace, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act as our processors. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them. Where an enquiry leads to work, it forms part of our business records for that project. Otherwise we delete it when it is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email klo@klodevelopmentservices.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
